Site for solutions dealing with Sun microsystems and other IT issues.
(We actually have "windows" solutions, what is the world coming to!)

We are not "a crummy digg clone" as commented on digg. Our posts (solutions) do not
fade away or blend into obscurity with time. Voting and/or viewing a solution will
promote it on subsequent searches, in order to make it easier for users to find 
the answers that work for the solutions that they need. No crap, no false promises,
just answers that work. So if you find something that works, give it a vote, so that
the next person will see it closer to the top of their search. And if you have a 
solution to share, please post it.

When you make a post:
Title 		- Title of the solution
Keywords	- Brief summary and/or keywords
Category	- Select from drop down list
Votes		- Number of votes given to a solution by dracko members
Views		- Number of times a solution has been viewed
Score		- score = (votes*10)+views
BODY		- The solution document

Searching:
The top search window (upper left) searchs Title+keyword+body. Searches are
returned by order of votes.
The advanced search window (bottom right) allows you select the field that is
searched, search by category, and specify search return by order of either
votes/views/score.

Voting:
	Only registered users can vote
	Only one vote per solution per user
	Only vote for a solution if it has helped you
	Default search is sorted by votes
	Advanced search is sorted by either votes/views/score

User types:

world - has no login 
	can read solutions
	can post solutions
	posts are credited to a default user

user  - has login
	can read solutions, 
	can post solutions
	posts are credited to you (user login)
	has access to the download section
	has access to the library (pdf) section

admin - has login
	can read solutions, 
	can post solutions
	posts are credited to you (user login)
	has access to the download section
	has access to the library (pdf) section
	can edit posts
	can delete posts
	can change post category
	can delete posts
	can add category
	can delete logins
	can change logins
	can ban IP addresses from posting
